I'm not going to lie. Writing a book isn't easy. But I believe you can do it. And I can help.

While writing may be a challenge, the barriers to publishing are lower than they've ever been in history. In the old days (not really that long ago), you needed to find an agent. And then your agent needed to find a publisher. Even today, printing and distributing a book takes months.

But the rise of Amazon and the ebook have radically changed the publishing game. While the writing may be challenging, publishing is easier than ever.

So, it's time to write your book. It's time to finish your book. And I can help.

Writing non-fiction requires a set of tools: Generating ideas, identifying the "big idea," taking your intended audience into consideration and creating a writing plan.

Yes, it's a lot of work. But that's where I come in.

My goal is to help you in a variety of ways:

  • Brainstorm ideas for your book
  • Organize your ideas into a clear and compelling big idea
  • Create a totally do-able writing plan
  • Get you unstuck when the writing muse has left you
  • Re-purpose other content you've written into a book

What do I get out of it? First, I get to work with a lot of really smart people who are writing about some really interesting topics. Which means I get to learn something new every day! I love playing with words, so the opportunity to work with writers is one of my favorite things to do.

Why work with me?

I've written or edited just about everything: from museum labels to magazine articles to grant requests and reports to ebooks to journal articles to social media content to research papers, etc. The list is nearly endless. I even completed National Novel Writing Month and wrote an entire 50,000-novel in 30 days (and some day it might actually be published).

Please let me know how I can help you with write your book. Our first phone call is always free. Let's work together to make writing fun and meaningful. I look forward to working with you!
